Product overview

Absolute ClientBase is a very comprehensive database for all your client information. It must be used alongside our tax or accounts modules but is also available for purchase on its own for users of other software houses' systems. The database is linked to the Accounts and Tax modules allowing you to select a client from the pre-sorted list, and go directly to their tax return or any other information you have stored on them.
 

• The database provides the ability to produce client standard letters and export these into Microsoft Word
• The standard letters module comes preloaded with basic templates that can be edited, or new user templates created allowing for mailmerge fields to be inserted from the database and the clients tax return and accounts
• Clientbase allows for reports to be created based on standing data, client deadlines and much more
• Absolute Integrated Portal is included at no extra charge within the clientbase module allowing for the upload of PDF documents to a secure server enabling clients to view and agree documents online
